How to Review Activity Data in the Apple Health App

The first step is to open the Apple Health app, and find your workout. The Apple Health App contains an immense quantity of health and fitness data, and the quickest way to find your workout is to select the browse tab, and then search for ‘workout.’
The apps save a broad spectrum of additional workout data that can be viewed in the Apple Health app following a workout:
Weather conditions, including temperature, humidity, and pressure
Total elevation gain for running, cycling, walking, hiking, and wheel chair workouts
Total elevation descended for skiing and snowboarding activities
Selected workout type for running, cycling, swimming, and wheel chair workouts
Average effort of the workout
Adaptation time since the last workout
Additionally, the apps can provide a range of additional coaching data with an active coaching subscription
Sweat loss in liters, gallons, or fluid ounces
Weight loss in pounds or kilograms from the workout
Selected interval type for interval workouts
The percentage of time spent in the workout target effort range
Guidance to increase or lower your effort during the next workout to better meet training goals
Acute and cumulative fatigue coaching to let you know if its safe to increase the effort or length of the next workout while minimizing the chance of injury.
Any fitness improvements made during the workout
Any all time best efforts during the workout
