The World Champ Tech family of workout apps provide five options to describe your current mood using weather symbols that convey a sense of your internal, mental weather.
Following a workout, users are prompted to reflect on how they felt during the workout. Accurately assessing how you performed a workout can help guide improvements in future workouts. Misjudging your workout performance can lead to overestimating your performance, and perhaps failing to push yourself sufficiently to maximize fitness gains, or underestimating your workout performance with a resulting negative perspective on your achievements. In the worst cases, underestimating your workout performance can lead to overtraining as you feel like you are failing to reach the goals of your workouts, or perhaps even stopping your workout program in frustration.
